In short, the Gifts of Hope projects aims to have volunteer children make toys for less fortunate children. This project is a very meaningful project as it encompasses many aspects of human compassion.
The idea for the project is for the children to have a competition in which the children will make toys for less fortunate children. There is no limit to the materials and designs which can be used, providing an endless opportunity for children to display their creativity. Any toys which have been either partly or entirely made by children will be accepted into the competition. The most important part of the project is that every entry into the contest must have a Hope Letter included with the toy. The children will have to write a letter to their unknown friends explaining what they intended to provide when making the toy. They can include phrases such as “While making this toy I thought to myself that you might not have a doll like this one and this saddened me. Then I thought of you receiving your brand new toy and it made me as happy as you!”

Participants can send their toys to the Kimse Yok Mu Headquarters or regional offices by shipment. The most successful toys will be chosen by a qualified jury and placed in a top 10 list. These finalist will then be awarded by the Kimse Yok Mu sponsors. However, the contest doesn’t end here, in fact this is where it begins.
An award ceremony will be held to honor the toys donated to the campaign. They will also be displayed in an exhibit where everyone can see their work. Following the award ceremony, the toys will be sent to the Brotherhood Piggybank Club where they will be numbered, separated into boys and girls toys before being packaged in colorful packaging. The letters will then be attached and the Gifts of Hope will be finalized. These wonderful Gifts of Hope will not only be sent around Turkey, but also across the world to other less fortunate children. Other cities and countries such as Urfa, Bosnia, Kosovo, Haiti and Peru can be visited to distribute gifts.

The project aims to give hope to the hopeless, toys to the toyless, and joy to those who have been hurting for so long. The contest will be organized every year and aims to create friends of hope.
The contest began in 2009 and continued in 2010. It is planned to continue as an annual contest.
